The benefits that you will receive are based on the terms of the contract that were negotiated between your employer and the dental insurance company and not your dental office. Financial Assistance Our fees are based in the quality of the materials we use and our expertise in performing your needed treatment. In an effort to keep dental costs reasonable, we ask that payment be made the day services are provided. A 5% professional courtesy is given when fees are in excess of $600.
